Eric Paolinelli
Eric Paolinelli currently serves as a high school administrator in the Central Valley. He is a graduate of Cal Poly (98). Eric began his career as an educator 18 years ago at an inner city school with Central Unified School District, and has since held various teaching and administrative positions in the intermediate and secondary grade levels. After having served students as a teacher for 7 years, Eric assumed leadership roles as nt coordinator with AVID and GATE students in Fresno Unified. Eric then became an administrator and Athletic Director in Kerman Unified School District, then Director of Alternative Education and Pre-School for Kerman Unified. His responsibilities encompassed working with multiple schools in Kerman and surrounding areas to help ensure equity in educational opportunities for K-12 students who needed an alternative setting to graduate high school.
Eric earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership (MA.ED) at Fresno State. His research interests include School Safety in the 21st Century, cultural competence, equity and leadership training for school leaders. Eric also serves on the Cal Poly Social Sciences Advisory Board.
