Camilla Greenbach graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropologygy and Geography from Cal Poly in spring 2014. Over the summer of 2014, she accompanied Dr. Dawn Neill and 3 other students to Fiji, where she conducted ethnographic and geospatial fieldwork for her senior project, exploring the transition from a traditional agricultural diet to a more urbanized diet. She led the research team in collecting pilot GIS data to help understand and visualize geospatial impacts on food choices. She went on to become the GIS Technician for the City of Arroyo Grande in August of 2015. Presently, she continues to build and expand GIS capabilities for the City, working cross-departmentally with engineering, city planning, building, public works, police and fire, on projects ranging from storm water infrastructure mapping to crime analysis.
