Internship Job Description

Intern or Volunteer Abroad Program.  Project areas include care-giving, teaching, healthcare and community development.  Choose from 10 countries in Africa (Ghana, Morocco, South Africa, Tanzania), Asia (India, Thailand) and Latin America (Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru).  Volunteer 1-12 weeks.

Training Offered

Training and on-site support provided.  Students can choose countries and interest areas for work.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Other Requirements

Students complete a skills survey to match interests and skills to needs of local partner organizations.

Additional Information/Comments

Unpaid.  Students pay a service fee for the internship and volunteer opportunities.  The fee includes housing, meals, onsite project support and local cultural activities (which may include language courses).  You pay to volunteer and gain cross-cultural competency.  This is a non-profit organization.
